Mata Kuliah Fitness dan SPA Therapy (2 SKS)

Deskripsi Mata Kuliah :

Mata kuliah ini akan membahas tentang pemahaman serta penguasaan teori dan praktek fitness (indoor ,outdoor, functional training dan weight training dengan mesin), cara pengggunaan dan pemeliharaan alat-alat fitness serta pengetahuan tentang perawatan spa menggunakan aroma therapy. Perkuliahan dilaksanakan dengan presentasi dan diskusi, praktek, dan penyelenggaraan event.

Capaian Mata Kuliah :

Mampu memahami konsep persiapan, pelaksanaan, transisi, beban, set, repitisi, rest interval , metode latihan dengan menggunakan functional training dan weight training, program latihan yang dikembangkan dan didesain sesuai dengan kebutuhan client dalam mencapai wellness and fitness , memahami teori dan praktek penggunaan, jenis latihan, dan pemeliharaan alat-alat fitness, pengetahuan tentang perawatan menggunakan aroma therapy, serta memiliki sikap bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas dan cerdas dalam menganalisis peluang di lapangan.
