Mata Kuliah Physical Exercise Dalam Kehamilan dan Persalinan (3 SKS)
Deskripsi Mata Kuliah :
Blok ini memberikan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa untuk memahami dan menganalisis kajian tentang physical exercise selama masa kehamilan dan persalinan. Mahasiswa juga diharapkan mampu mengkonstruk pengetahuan baru melalui kegiatan pembuatan program physical exercise dan mampu melakukan praktik physical exercise pada ibu hamil dan bersalin. Blok ini berjalan selama 10 minggu mengikuti blok Asuhan Kebidanan kehamilan, persalinan dan BBL. Blok ini berjalan selama 8 minggu.
Capaian Mata Kuliah :
- Mampu menjelaskan secara komprehensif konsep physical exercise selama kehamilan dan persalinan
- Mampu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap physical exercise pada ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin
- Mampu menyusun program physical exercise untuk ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin yang berbasis bukti ilmiah (evidance based)
- Mampu memberikan physical exercise untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan mencegah komplikasi
