Mata Kuliah Kajian Manajemen Vokasi (2 SKS)
Mata kuliah ini mempelajari konsep Strategic Management, Change Management, Putting Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation dan menerapkannya pada manajemen pendidikan vokasi secara efisien dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan vokasi
1. Mampu mengelola, memimpin, dan mengembangkan riset dan pengembangan yang bermanfaat bagi ilmu pengetahuan dan masyarakat
2. Mampu menyusun penelitian interdisiplin, multidisiplin, multidisiplin atau transdisiplin, termasuk kajian teoritis dan/atau eksperimen pada bidang pendidikan dan keilmuan vokasi
dalam bentuk disertasi dan artikel yang diterbitkan dalam seminar internasional atau jurnal internasional bereputasi
3. Mampu memecahkan permasalahan pendidikan dan pembelajaran dalam konteks yang lebih luas sehingga menghasilkan karya yang kreatif, orijinal, teruji, dan bermanfaat bagi
pengembangan keilmuan
4. Mampu menyusun argumen dan solusi keilmuan berdasarkan pandangan kritis atas fakta, konsep, prinsip, atau teori yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara ilmiah dan etika
akademik serta mengkomunikasikannya melalui media masa
5. Mampu mengkomunikasikan ide-ide secara ilmiah, baik lisan maupun tertulis dalam bidang pendidikan dan keilmuan vokasi pada tingkat nasional dan internasional.
