Deskripsi Mata Kuliah :
Mata kuliah ini kajian mengenai ruang lingkup teori dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip dasar psikologi industri dan organisasi.

Capaian Mata Kuliah :

1. CPL-1 : Mampu menganalisis berbagai gejala psikologis pada individu, kelompok, organisasi, dan komunitas masyarakat.
2. CPL-9 : Mampu berkomunikasi dan mengembangkan kerjasama dengan mitra dalam bidang ilmu yang sama maupun lintas ilmu.
