The course provides students with the concepts and theories of Popular Culture, and skills to conduct and write a research paper. In addition, student will also learn to present a research paper of previous studies about the issues in Popular Culture Studies to get deeper understanding and ideas for the improvement of future research in academic forum. The class will be prepared specifically for conducting a research and writing a paper about the issues in Popular Culture to make students ready for the final project of their study

By the end of the course the students are being able to;

1. · comprehend concepts and theories of Popular Culture and the way to conduct a research and write a paper about Popular Culture
2. · analyze and present research paper of previous studies by some scholars about Popular Culture confidently in order to give deep understanding of the issues, and evaluate others’ ideas in order to give feedback for the improvement of future paper
3. · make a decision in selecting right research issues and methods when conducting the research and writing the paper
4. · develop a sense of media literacy to produce documentaries for public services ( conduct a good research and write a paper confidently
