Mata Kuliah Perencanaan SDM (3 SKS)
Deskripsi Mata Kuliah :
- Mata kuliah ini memberikan pemahaman tentang Perencanaan SDM, Strategi Organisasi, dan SDM sebagai kompetensi inti; Budaya Organisasi, Strategi SDM, dan Siklus Hidup Organisasi; Model-model Perencanaan SDM; Analisis Lingkungan Eksternal (Pengaruh Pemerintah dan Kondisi Makroekonomi, Masalah Kependudukan & Persaingan dan Komposisi Pasar Ketenagakerjaan & Pola Kerja), Audit SDM (Pekerjaan dan Keahlian); Kemampuan inventarisasi organisasi, Sistem Informasi SDM (SISDM); Peramalan permintaan SDM; peramalan penawaran SDM; Mengelola Surplus & Defisit SDM. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah analisis studi kasus, praktik perencanaan SDM di Lab SDM, diskusi, tugas proyek, dan refleksi yang diorientasikan pada pengambilan keputusan yang bijaksana sebagai seorang entrepreneur.
- This course provides an understanding of HR Planning, Organizational Strategy, and HR as core competencies; Organizational Culture, HR Strategies, and Organizational Life Cycle; HR Planning Models; External Environmental Analysis (Government Influences and Macroeconomic Conditions, Population & Competition Issues and Labor Market Composition & Work Patterns), HR Audit (Employment and Expertise); Organizational inventory capability, HR Information System (SISDM); Forecasting HR requests; forecasting HR offers; Managing HR Surpluses & Deficits. The learning method used is case study analysis, HR planning practices in the HR Lab, discussions, project assignments, and reflections that are oriented towards wise decision making as an entrepreneur.
Capaian Mata Kuliah :
- Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan teori perencanaan SDM dengan tepat.
- Mahasiswa mampu menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dalam bidang Perenecanaan SDM secara efektif.
- Mahasiswa mampu mendesain keputusan strategis di bidang perencanaan SDM berdasarkan analisis lingkungan internal & lingkungan eksternal dan Sistem infomasi SDM.
- Mahasiswa mampu bertindak sesuai karakter Iman, cerdas, mandiri, jujur, peduli dan tangguh (Idaman Jelita) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Perencanaan SDM.
- Students can explain the theory of HR planning appropriately.
- Students can use Information Technology in the field of HR Planning effectively.
- Students can design strategic decisions in the field of HR planning based on an analysis of the internal & external environment and the HR Information System.
- Students can act according to the character of Faith, intelligent, independent, honest, caring and tough (Idaman Jelita) in learning activities in HR Planning.
